I'm gonna be jealous of houston for this one. The michoacanas around home ain't got nothing on this. They did my pistachio love justice, soooo goooooood. Mine was pistachio with dark chocolate dip, and pistachio and coconut topping. Dude was a pro, immaculately dipped and topped in no time.

Absolutely recommend! I love that you can choose different combinations of fruity or sweet - also the ice cream itself is like the perfect temperature making it not too soft/melted and not to hard to bite down. If you’re a chocolate lover go for the Oreo flavor!!

Absolutely STUNNING presentation! Great for after getting some lunch or dinner or date night We ordered the Dubai strawberry’s and the tres leches dipped in chocolate and marshmallows! Pictures follow! The owner also hooked me up with a watermelon drink so we’re super grateful!

The Paleta Bar is such a treat! They’ve got a huge variety of paleta flavors, and you can take it up a notch by dipping them in white, dark, or milk chocolate and then rolling them in different toppings. I went with the Biscoff cookie paleta and my kids chose Oreo — mine was phenomenal and totally addicting, and my kids devoured theirs in no time. Presentation was on point too. My kids even joked that mine “tasted like airplane” (a nod to those classic Biscoff cookies you get on flights ) — and honestly, they weren’t wrong! They do have other sweets, but we stuck with their specialty, and I’m glad we did. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun and delicious treat! Verdict: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paletas del Sol is a standout dessert spot. I ordered the tres leches paleta dipped in dark chocolate, and it was excellent from the first bite. The paleta itself was creamy, rich, and true to the classic tres leches flavor without being overly sweet. The dark chocolate coating added the perfect contrast—slightly bitter, smooth, and well-balanced against the sweetness of the paleta. The texture was spot-on: indulgent yet light enough to enjoy the whole thing without feeling heavy. You can tell quality ingredients are being used, and the flavors feel intentional rather than artificial or overpowering. Overall, Paletas del Sol delivers a simple concept done extremely well. If you’re visiting and want a safe but impressive choice, the tres leches paleta with dark chocolate is a must-try. Definitely worth coming back to explore more flavors.

I tried this dessert spot Saturday. It was great and very refreshing. They had a lot of popsicle options. I had a pistachio with white chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. I also got a lime with tajin and Chamoy drizzle , and a strawberry cheesecake option with white chocolate and graham sprinkles. Friends loved it

One of my favorite vendors located in Post Market. They will give you samples but you can't go wrong with any flavor. My favorites are Horchata and Chocolate Abuelita. I also like that these don't melt quickly so I don't turn into a mess while trying to eat it.

Ugh - the bubblegum paleta from this place was SO GOOD I tried it in unicorn form, which involved dipping it in white chocolate and covering it with sprinkles. It’s safe to say my sweet tooth was satisfied! Personally, while I loved the crunch of the white chocolate shell, next time I’ll probably ask for less or try the paleta by itself, as it was a little too sweet for me, but that’s a personal preference. That being said, the paleta was very flavorful, and I’m eager to try all of the other flavors as I continue to visit. The staff were so sweet and accommodating, and truly made the experience great.
